MANSUKH WORLD – Cancellation & Return Policy

General Cancellations and Returns

Mansukh World sells products manufactured and supplied by various brands. Products are covered by the brand's replacement-only warranty policy, subject to terms.

Replacement will be provided only within the return window and only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

After the return window, only repair support will be available through the brand's warranty policy.

Policy Details

Damaged Product on Delivery

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must not be used or activated.
  • After quality check:
    • If inventory is available, replacement will be provided.
    • If not, a refund will be issued.

Defective Product

  • Brand inspection will be arranged as per brand policy.
  • Based on confirmation:
    • Replacement will be processed if inventory is available.
    • Refund will be provided if not.

Wrong Product

If the wrong product is delivered, Mansukh World's quality check team will assess and decide if a replacement is applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers cannot cancel orders once placed.
  • Mansukh World reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, and a full refund will be provided.

Warranty Policy

  • All warranties are as per the respective brand/manufacturer policies.
  • Installation must be done by an Authorized Brand Service Centre within 7 days of delivery to maintain warranty.

Exclusions

  • Gift items are not covered under warranty.
  • No returns for dissatisfaction due to heating, color, size, features, or performance after use.

Additional Notes

  • All returns/replacements are subject to quality check verification.
  • Original packaging and invoice are required for processing.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2 working days after receiving the product; depending on the payment method, the refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect.
  • Customers must erase all personal data from digital devices before return. Mansukh World is not responsible for data loss or misuse.
  • Software-related issues are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Mansukh World may update this policy at any time without notice.
